UKS2 – Class 9 – Forest School

Today, in Forest School, we went on a walk around the garden, playground and field at school to conduct research for our bird box project.

The children used information sheets to work in pairs and see if they could spot any birds on our walk. They also looked at the various bird boxes and reflected on their design, use of materials and placement. 

Once back inside, the children started to sketch out the design of their bird box.
