UKS2 – Newsletter- 18.10.2019

Week 7 has been another  busy one in UKS2. In art, the pupils had the opportunity to finish off their Greek amphoras. After designing, creating and modelling their pots in the last session, the pupils finally painted them on Monday. A range of intricate and delicate designs were produced, resulting in some excellent Greek inspired pottery!

On Wednesday, the pupils had their first MindMate session. The focus across Year 5 and Year 6 was ‘feeling good and being me’. The students engaged thoughtfully and enthusiastically in discussions and were diligent and respectful of each other.
